Terms, Delivery & Returns

Desi Élégance Paris designs and sells ethnic wear and jewellery, shown on this website and ordered directly through WhatsApp.

Prices shown are in the currency displayed for your region and are subject to change without prior notice. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before it ships.

Add pieces to your selection and go to checkout. We collect your name and shipping address only — no account is required. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock).

Payment is made in full by QR code at checkout, before your order is confirmed. Once you confirm payment, your order details are sent to us on WhatsApp, where we confirm sizing and availability before dispatch.

You may cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — see Returns & Exchanges below.

We ship to France & EU. Delivery is free on orders of 2+ pieces (France & EU); tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Estimated delivery windows are given at order confirmation — occasional delays can occur and we'll keep you updated if yours is affected. If we're unable to fulfil an order, any payment made is refunded in full.

Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. Because many of our pieces are one-size or made-to-adjust and produced to order, we don't accept returns once a piece has been delivered in the condition described. If your order arrives damaged or materially different from what was shown, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — exchange or refund, at our discretion.

Every step of your order — sizing, availability, delivery tracking, and any issue after delivery — is handled directly on WhatsApp for a real, human response.

Desi Élégance Paris is operated by Desi Elegance Paris, a registered Micro Enterprise under India's Udyam scheme (Registration No. UDYAM-TN-02-0493708), registered address No. 4/6, School 1st Street, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600092, India. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction — this does not affect any statutory protections you have as a consumer under the law of your own country when shopping from France or the EU.
